Here are some fruits and vegetables that are high in protein!

Fruits that are high in protein –

  • Avocado (3 grams protein) – Blackberries (2 grams protein) – Cherries (1.6 grams protein) – Kiwi (2 grams protein) – Raisins (1 gram protein) – Apricot (2 grams protein) – Blackberries (2g protein per cup)

Vegetables that are high in protein –

  • Spinach, asparagus, broccoli artichokes,sweet potatoes,potatoes and Brussels sprouts, which typically contain 4–5 grams of protein (per cooked cup)
